Shipping Methods
Shipping options vary depending on the type and quantity of merchandise you choose to buy and your shipping address.

When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery dates are provided for each item in the product information page. To check the status of your order online, please visit The order status page. Enter your order confirmation number and email address in the space provided. You can also track your item by clicking on the tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail that is sent once your item ships.

Domestic shipments to different countries have different timeliness. Developed countries in Europe and the United States can generally arrive within 15 days, Russia, Britain, Germany, Spain, France and the United States can arrive within 10 days, and African countries need about 30-60 days. Central Asia (Israel, Pakistan) and South American countries (Chili, Brazil, Argentina) generally take 25-45 days.

If the product is shipped from the U.S., it can be delivered within one week, and the fastest one will arrive the next day

Can I change or cancel my order?
You are free to alter the order before shipment.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
Please take pictures and contact customer service in time.

What happens if my item is backordered?
When a product is in backorder status, the estimated delivery date is provided on the product information page and in the order confirmation e-mail. In rare instances, when an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will receive a Backorder Notification email. In both scenarios, your item will ship as soon as it becomes available and you will not be charged until the item ships. Items on backorder will be automatically cancelled at 60 days without customer authorization to extend the order.


Are there any delivery restrictions?
Any states with delivery restrictions will be noted on each item’s product information page.
